Staff members
The Department of Prehistoric and Historical Archaeology currently has eleven scientific staff members, a photographer and two apprentices, one graphics specialist and four restorers as well three administrative staff. The Department is thus among the largest centers of its type in the German-speaking area.
The specialisation of the scientif staff cover all areas of human history; a special focus is additionally placed on landscape archaeology.
